Hello, I'm new here. My name's Sasha, and I'm 16 years old, female, from Canada. I have Social Anxiety Disorder, and I was hoping to meet other people around my age who have it as well.. I don't mind meeting adults too, but it's easier to relate to people who have to go through the same situations as me.
Anyways, hopefully I'll meet some people soon.

Teen years are tough for most people, but having anxiety makes it harder! Good thing is you know you have it, alot of people dont realise wost wring with them till much later on (such as me Im 20 and only realised wot was wrong with me last year). The sooner you understand it, the sooner you will start recovering!
