No.. having ink or not having ink doesn't define your character at all really. Your personality does, if someone does think your boring for not having ink they are pretty narrow minded, and like most things that's just an opinion not some universal truth,
I have tattoos, so I should be biased when it comes to this,I do love them, I think they are a wonderful way to express yourself, I also think they are visually appealing when done well and are unique. but they in no way shape or form define if a human being is interesting or not.

Now here I am, 12 years later with the faded name AMANDA on my bicep. thankfully it's almost completely gone now. It wasn't professionally done and it taught me a lesson.
