Just wondering if anyone thinks talking to yourself could be a catalyst for your depression/sa. Earlier at work I was talking to myself, felt like crap, so I stopped, started focusing on other things, and my mood actually lifted v quickly, I soon got bored and went back to work. I am going to stop myself now if I start talking to myself, I literally end up talking myself into getting depressed most of the time.
I do it most in bed, going to sleep and waking up, and I always seem to feel more miserable at these times. I don't think it's a coincidence :?
