In order to overcome this SA thing you really have to face your fears and challenge everything, and it can be deeper then just general interaction with people, because in the end thats not always the main problem, it could also be that you dont have alot to talk about thats causing you to be indecisive in conversation, so that leads to a lack of confidence while stating opinions and so on.
i need to take small steps, but thats better then no steps right?!

so ill start :p

1. Read a book all the way through (sad, i know, but i need to start again)
2. Walk around the shops on my own
3. Sign up for night classes (history, music, IT)
4. Wont resist incoming phone calls :D
5. Look seriously at finding a place to Rent.
6. Go for a run every night.
7. Stay Positive
8. Drink more water
9. Stop seeing other people as a threat

Now this will be painful and sickening to start off with, but its going to feel better then the pain of not being satisfied with your self and where you're at.

My goal is to decide whether Under Armour is worth staying in my portolio. Using what Jim Cramer is suggesting in his book. I have an account in an investment simulator and I've made $24k so far...I abandoned it a few months ago and just decided to check on it

I had a conversation with 2 guys on my bowling team about Judas Priest...neither on of them ever heard of Judas Priest  then I had to explain Gwar to them... so I don't think I need to try and force myself to have a conversation with anyone.

Also something I've been doing is meditating 5 minutes every day. I've tried meditating before but telling myself to meditate 30 minutes every day just isn't going to happen. If I can keep at 5 minutes a day for a month or so then I'll take it to 10 minutes.
