If you haven't already, you should see a doctor or psychologist. It sounds like you may need medication but therapy is far more important. You need to work on your underlying issues of unhappiness and create coping strategies.

In the meantime, try to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables...exercise to get those Endoprhines. Hang in there!

Thanks for your reply :) I've had therapy but inside I feel too damaged, to low self esteem its too late. Its been going on for years - deep inside I dont beleive. Theres no where left to go. I dont want to talk to people all the time- society hates that. I cant live in this world almost. I had a relationship with an addict and rather than fix the problem he comitted suicide. i feel its easier to do this. Im not going to do it but I kinda feel like idk
