Stop masturbating!

I have decided to try again to stop masturbating. I do it almost every day of the week, sometimes twice.

I am putting this here so at least someone else knows. I think it will benefit me majorly to quit.

If I slip up and do it, I will also post it here.

In case this is relevant, I am 22 years old.

Masturbating once a day is perfectly normal, given that it's not abnormal to have sex every day.

congrats on your proposed journey....you should know however that it's possible you will be a good candiddate for prostate cancer by age 40 if you manage to refrain succesfuly & indefinately.
