stomach pain from stress?

my left abdomen i have been feeling pain there when im having a highly stressful moment, i get stressed easily...

can i get stomcah pain from stress, ive also eperienced neck pain and head pain but they normally occur at different times.

I had almost all my insides in pain when I was in policing. Stress and sitting in cars for long periods of time. I found foot reflexology helps a lot. But that's just my experience.

I have the same, when I am highly stressed I feel pain in my stomach.
If I am not way of I think I have a stomach ulcer which is the cause of that pain.
Now how I got the ulcer is another question. Maybe through stress may be through
bad diet.

When I am stressed I get pains in many places, it started in my arm, moved all over, now when I am stressed I get chest pains, like I am having a heart attack, yet, I have been to the doctor on that note, and nothing is ever wrong. As for stomach, when I get stressed my IBS flares and I have to go more often, and have cramps etc.

One interesting thing to note is that I have heard that the stomach has more serotonin in it then the brain, and serotonin is the chemical that is said to be off when it comes to things like anxiety and depression.

And the stomach was the first thing that gave me issues when I started getting SP etc, for months I had massive issues, and doctors couldn't find anything, it disappeared for a while, before full blown SP came.
