CBT should be able to help since it is quite a narrow issue. You do not say whether you are talking about handwriting only; if so, you could type things. If you use Word, and other software, you can use the grammar- and spell-checkers. As you say, others have said that your writing is all right, so CBT will try to replace the negative thoughts with realistic ones based on that feedback.

thanks for your advice. I do know the negative thoughts are a big problem, I always think the worst is going to happen.
