Does anxiety prevent you from speaking up to what you think is right, cause your afraid of what others may think of you??

How does this affect you?

Because of my social phobia I hardly talk to people at all, especially strangers, It's easier talking to people I've known for a while & family members etc. I was bullied all through my childhood because I have a stammer, it was bad back then & that's where my social phobia started I think.

Put me in a room with just 1 person I don't know and getting me to talk is like getting blood out of a stone.
