With cognitive therapy I'm able to do many things, It's a damn new world to me, but there are things I really can't understand.
I mean, I've just called to a public service to complain about something using the techniques, I could reach my goal, but after 5 minutes I was thinking:
"Ok, I could call and I have reached goal, but I'm not relaxed or anxious, I'm feeling nothing and I haven't focused properly on me or the guy on the phone call to see if my performance was bad or if he was mocking me or my voice."
It's strange, I don't know if my tone of voice was rude, if he was rude, It's like I haven't payed attention properly.
