Haven't had it in four years, gonna schedule an appointment with a doctor tomorrow...what do I say to the doc? I'm probably going to feel like an idiot telling him I've self-diagnosed myself with hyperhidrosis and I probably won't even be sweating in the office, I dunno.


When you guys went to your doctors and told them about this, did they help you or what? I've got hyperhidrosis mainly from my face.

No need for you to feel like an idiot...just tell him/her that you're excessively sweating from your face and you think it can be hyperhidrosis. Tell the doctor how long you've been having this problem.
