Should our consumer-enjoyment society be blamed?

for making worse our SP...I think yes, because people are looking on the face rather than the personality, and our natural shyness hasn't got a place in this kind of society...

I dcn't think anything should be blamed. It is about personal responsibility and making yourselves happy.

Once the "Blame Game" starts, it demonishes responsibility for making yourself happy in life.

Is is parents?
Schools?
Friends?
Home?
Work?

Whatever triggered SA is personal, each individual would have had different experiences in life that have led them to experience a fear of social interactions.

Is that relevant to feeling better? I think not. If you want to feel better you have take risks, have faith and find yourself a good therapist.

Worrying, or trying to work out what caused it, or blamimg society will only serve to alienate yourself further.

Peace.
