just got a letter to see some psychiatrist but im not going i want peace and quite wats the point i cant work cuz im too nevous around crowds but the sicks even worse going to doctors all the time and the dole send u on these stupid idotic schemes that dont work last time i had to sit in a room full of strangers i dont care anymore im avoiding all these things at all cost

sorry, but if you want to get better, that's not going to happen if you don't go to see someone and do nothing
 
Well, the point is that you're not happy nor comfortable right now, and you CAN be if you put the effort into it. Yeah, sure. It's difficult and embarrassing. But in the end it's better then just waiting forever for things to change.

Death is not an alternative to life, it's the opposite and is irreversible. Waiting doesn't solve anything either. And wallowing in self pity and cynicism is only going to things worse.

Try and get yourself motivated. By any means necessary. Because right now it's your own negative attitude that is your biggest enemy.

the thing is theres a thing i know im good at that can make me money i just need time to build on my skill thats all if i had of discovred my this years ago i wouldn't be like this plus i think i have a real anxiety over alcohol i dont want to ever drink and every one i know drinks i just dont like drinking its not for me

I'm not trying to be pushy but you should try to see your psychiatrist. Imagine how you life would change if your psychiatrist was successful in helping you out. You can either do nothing and regret life for being the way it is or do something to help change this problem.

I agree. The only one who can help you is yourself but others can lead you to it
