I've suffered axillary hyperhydrosis for over 30 years. I tried every brand of deodorant and anti-pers I could find, and several products that were supposed to work by putting on at night, etc.
Nothing made even the tiniest impact. I could not stop the sweating and so depended on clothes which simply didn't show the moisture... mainly loose-fitting black synthetics.
Then about 4 or 5 years ago I was in a store and saw Mitchum, and - since I'm so used to trying new brands - decided to give it a try.
End of problem. Literally! I apply each morning and I don't sweat! I can now wear even close-fitting light-colored cotton T-shirts in mid-summer, and there is not a trace of sweat. Nothing, nada!
This has transformed my life. I have so many more clothes to choose from, and don't spend every summer agonising over whether it shows.
I have to buy it in the UK or Ireland, and I live in Belgium. But that's OK. I get to go to one place or the other around once a year, and I just buy a large stock each time.
