Salt + Citric Acid

I used to buy this cheapo mexican "candy" (it was really just a mixture of spices) called "Lucas" when I was younger. One day I tried reading the ingredients so that I can make some for myself; I found that it was pretty much made of salt, chili powder, and citric acid.

Yesterday, I tried making some, and I noticed that my forehead started sweating, and that I was able to think straight. Most of my anxiety was gone as well.

I don't know why it had such a great effect on me since it was just a mixture of common household food items, maybe it was just all in my head; I don't know.

how you do that ?

[salt, chili powder, and citric acid] These heat the body internally
Hence the sweating

Anything that heats the body gets rid of anxiety temporarily.

Try being in the sun for 15/30 mins like walking/jogging.. it how it chills your anxiety down.
