Said "hi" to someone

Well, I said "hi" to someone at work, I didn't even think about it just did it. It felt good, and I think it had to do with the fact that I started taking Seroquel four days prior. I don't like being on medication, but it seems like its the only way to calm my nerves enough to interact with people. At least something is helping my anxiety.

It doesn't sound pathetic NightTime Sounds like progress. I'd like to hear more about whether Seroquel helps you or not in the coming weeks. And if you notice any side effects.

well, actually I made a mistake in my OP. I originally said "hows it goin?" and he just replied "hi...so, far, so good" or whatever. He seemed friendly enough.
