SA around bf/gf?

Ive been with my bf for a year now and my SA is always bad around him.

If we go out or stay in,my anxiety skyrockets and i fear saying/doing something stupid when im with him(it has happened before). I also stutter/mix up words alot when im nervous and this is horribly embarassing for me.

My family tell me i should'nt still feel like this around him because we've been together this long but they dont seem to have any idea how hard this is for me or what its like,they just say things like 'snap out of it'. I feel alone like no-one understands.

Does anyone else have anxiety around their bf or gf?I dont mean just going out, i mean all the time?

I still sometimes have...I'm together with my gf for 1,5 years, I don't think she notices it but I do feel anxious now an then around her, luckely she loves me so much and I luv her so much too

I havent had a real gf/bf in 10 years! LOL I had an internet one about 4 years ago, only to get hurt so bad that even people online make me nervous. LOL

My BF is really understanding, i met him when i wasn't even looking for a guy- it can happen anytime people. If I can't talk we draw things, that sounds abit odd, but it works for me x
