Recurring Doubts

After I write something or say something to someone afterwards I am constantly thinking about how I could have said what I said better and more clearly or I regret saying it and I just can't stop thinking about it for a while and it's the same way for most things I do say. And it's so frustrating because once you've said it you can't take it back and you can't undo things you've done.

I'd say this is probably one of the most common symptoms for people who have SAD, if I had to guess.

I know that doesn't help, but you're definately not alone with the problem.

Yeah, I get that as well. Sometimes I'll get stuck for 20 minutes trying to write 5 sentences.

Happens to me all the time.I still remember stupid things I said/did from my childhood!
I feel as if I have a big memory bank of videos which return to torment me constantly.

I say things i don't mean to say and then think about them later, and i'll be like crap i should've say this instead...You know whats worst? English being a second language. I mean sometimes i would say things and it would sound like jibberish or sound like I just learned english not long ago.
