Hi,
I think it's difficult to relax when people come to the house. I can't concentrate at all on what they're saying, I keep feeling self-conscious. I think it is something to do with the fact that I was very small and undeveloped when I was at school and that sort of undermined my self-confidence.
Obviously, I understand now that children can develop at different ages. However, this doesn't seem to make any difference to the way I'm thinking. If only it was possible to get this confidence from somewhere.
