Re: What type of people do you feel at ease with?

Hi,

I think it's difficult to relax when people come to the house. I can't concentrate at all on what they're saying, I keep feeling self-conscious. I think it is something to do with the fact that I was very small and undeveloped when I was at school and that sort of undermined my self-confidence.

Obviously, I understand now that children can develop at different ages. However, this doesn't seem to make any difference to the way I'm thinking. If only it was possible to get this confidence from somewhere.

I feel most easy around people who are quiet,laid-back and who tend to be more introverted and not so much extroverted :)

Hi,

I think that being around people who are a little eccentric is also sometimes easier because they don't seem to be as much of a threat for some reason. What do you think?

I feel at ease with:

My family & my pets BUT when I go out anywhere, I always feel more at ease with my boyfriend

This next comment will probably shock you all LOL

But the place (apart from home) that I feel most at home, is:

in a rock concert, particularly Iron Maiden

I dont know why, maybe its because rock fans are always laid back & very friendly. They make me feel at ease

Hi,

I think that people can feel at ease in situations where they can relax and not have to talk much.

I think that work can be one of the worst places to relax especially if you don't particularly enjoy what you do. What do you think?
