Raison d'etre

I'm losing mine.

I think of my old man, who lost his wife a few years ago and he is 85. That is quite old for a father. He was retired when I was born.

Even with his wife, he seemed to be socially vacuous, with his main focus of life was to watch sport on TV. He never answered the phone, didn't like going out, or speaking to people much. I think we have very close attributes, and I think our age gap affected me.

Quite simply, my raison d'etre is to accomplish so many things, and I wish my dad had that. I wish I could click a button for SA and deactivate that, and get on with it. I'm held back by people and organisations who want me to accomplish what they want, and I want the same things too. It all just fails where I just don't 'fit in'. How tragic... hehehe!

For now, my best accomplishment to celebrate, is that I haven't been rejected from this marvellous website yet, as I am by employers, friends and family.

Whoooooppeeeee
