i think it's been about 34 hours since my last cup... and MY GOD. right off the bat, my insomnia was obliterated that very night. went into work this morning, felt totally mellowed out all day. hell, i even talked to people that normally i'd avoid like the plague. and even in my moments of anxiety, they felt like relaxed moments. even if that sounds like a total oxymoron. now whenever i got 'anxious', it's been knocked back like 75% and i still don't jitter. i don't even shake. what the fuck.

the only downside is this huge fucking migraine i'm trying to kill off, and the fact that i've been tired all day after an amazing night's sleep. i guess these are withdrawal symptoms, and maybe they'll pass. even if they don't the pros completely outweigh the cons.

no idea how the rest of my cold turkey approach will go, but to anyone here who drinks soda, tea, coffee, redbull or anything else loaded with caffeine... consider this as an option. i haven't felt like this in a long while
