Can someone give me a clear description of the diffrences between SA, SP and shyness. Alot of the stuff i read about them all sound pretty much the same so its really confusing 8O

hey prince1..i am really no expert..but i think a person can by 'shy' and still pretty much get on with things..and life..maybe feeling uncomfortable about certain situations..but without a whole lot of disruption. Social anxiety, or social phobia..make it much more difficult to go about the 'normal' activities of life..school, work, education, socializing, relationships..even leaving the house at all. But, i'm sure someone on here could give you a more detailed explanation than i can :wink:
