question about taking meds

im thinking about taking anti anxiety meds for my hyperhidrosis since its giving me a lot of anxiety. i know it wont help stop the sweating, but will it reduce my anxiety so i can have confidence to go out again? how much will it help? id say my anxiety level is about 9/10.

Hi - my daughter had a bad sweating problem and the Dr suggested taking zinc tablets and it is helping.
