queasy situation

I apologize in advance for this thread, but here it goes. I came home from college for the summer. My step sister who I dont know very well and her husband and two kids are coming to visit for over a month. Shes the baseball extrovert type. I'm going to stay out as much as possible of course to avoid them. Still though I hate even short visits. On the shorter vists in the past, I've been too nervous to eat infront of them. After four days, I'll be starving but still too nervous to eat if I know they might be near by. Thats just half of it.
Anything make you guys sick to your stomachs? The unavoidable stuff, you know. If guess if I really wanted to chicken out of it, I could find a way.

My mom usually works the night shift, meaning that I usually am up prowling about during the night. But on her nights off, I usually find myself not leaving my room and going hungry quite a bit. This is just one example. I've found in the past that it's a good idea to keep a mini-refrigerator in the room. I even once had the habit of cooking on a hot-plate in my room so I wouldn't have to leave. Keeping good ventilation and away from fabrics of course.

I also have a mini refrigerator in my room, its handy for keeping foods cold, but I use it mainly for my skin care products and medication. In anyway, if you don't have one, you can keep stuff like biscuits in a tin in the cupboard so you can eat when you go hungry.

As for things that make me sick to my stomach...if I'm put in a social situation that's uncomfortable to me, I get this sudden and immediate reaction, like queasiness, headaches, and I feel so cold till I'm shivering, I literally feel like I'm going to faint any minute too...

Yeah, its true I can do those things and usually can get around it. I know I over reacted about the whole thing. It probably wont be so bad. I still tend to lose weight when this kind of thing happens. A guy at my college was very persistant and followed me a lot. I lost ten pounds, and I never gained it back. Another ten will do me in. But yeah, fighter, those are a few of my symptoms too, mostly in the stomach or just feeling sick.
