Problems in my relationship

I believe that my girlfriend may have OCD. She has this thing where she won't let me touch her if she thinks my hands are dirty. As an example last night immediately after I leave the bathroom and wash my hands we go into the bedroom and I turn the lamp off. We go into bed and I put my hands on her back and just lightly caress her back and she freaks out because she says my hands are dirty. I tell her I just washed them and she says "but then you touched the light bulb". She thinks that if my hands that touched the dirty light bulb touch her back it will cause her back to break out. Does she have a point or does she need help?

I think she does have too much fear. Poor thing. It's not her fault but what she's fearing is FAR unhealthier than any germ or bit of dust.
