I can really relate to that frustration twiggle! :/
If I did not have SA I would ask to speak to their supervisor and tell him/her the details of what was wrong with the poor service the employee gave me. Then I would tell them how I would do it differently, and hand them my phone number on the spot. Sometimes the supervisors have no idea how incompetent the employees are unless several customers complain.

Shame there's not a comments box - where you can write what you thought of the service - then let em have it. Maybe make an anonymous phone call or write a letter. Or just go there at night and spray unhelpful t---rs on the door in red paint ;)

i forgot my pandora password and i no longer have the email associated with the account. grrrrr...

oh AND my husband decided to stop and get himself from breakfast on his way to work and he didnt even bother calling to see if i wanted anything. he does this kind of self centered crap all the time. yet if i walk into the office with coffee or whatever he's always like, "where's mine??" and of course,bc i'm not a selfish pr*ck I pull his coffee out and say,"right here my love."

f**king men. sorry fellas. one of those days.

Strange that my wife is just like that (your husband I mean). Must be some sort of temperal distortion between north america/canada and the uk that makes us opposites.:)

The people in the office at work are confused by me: some days i will be able to chat and other days not at all - I cant control this. Today and yesterday I went into work and had zero confidence. Last week though I was chatty. So these two days Ive undone last weeks work. People are confused.

I just wish there was a place I can go where I can just scream withought people thinking someones being murdered :)

I still have quite a bit left to do today, yet I'm having a hard time trying to even motivate myself. >.<

Seriously, if your connection is not working turn off your MSN, I've been watching and hearing that alert when someone logs in hundreds of times today of the same ex classmate (with whom I think I never got to talk, honestly).

What CDs did you get? I have a yearly subscription with my library in which i pay £30 and can borrow as many CDs as I like. I get them and sync them to my phone :) Saves me loads of money; just got to remember to bring them back on time
Mostly it's a bunch of heavy metal. And Venetian Snares! That's a pretty good deal with the library. I don't think we can do that here (not that I would, but I don't think it's an option).

^ So... You getting ready to open up a music store finally? ::p:
Haha not yet! ;)

I'd love to do this, but the S.A prevents me from being that persuasive haha.
Had an incident a few weeks ago where my little nephew (2 years) was walking around the TOY department of a big shop. I noticed there were some HACKSAWS right near to this feet - they'd been left there unsupervised. I took them up to the lady at the till who just went and made no apology whatsoever, just told me to put them down behind the counter. I'd have been mortified had I been somebody who works at that store.
Why work in a kid's dept if you're so moody!

I worked at a toystore for a while and we never had hacksaws anywhere.. is this an English thing? :) I could be moody but got to attempt to put on a nice face for the kiddies. It's their moms that make you get moody :D

Even with SA, you can be persuasive with the right stuff, you had a naturally persuasive tool in your hands - should have menacingly motioned the hacksaw at the employee. :)

one of my employees practically drowns herself in her perfume every morning. getting anywhere in her area is like walking through a cartoonish pink cloud of fragrance. i'm trying to think of a delicate way to explain to her she's making our office smell like it should have a stripper pole in it somewhere. not cool.
