i feel ugly all the time too! it sucks, wish i wasnt so paranoid lol.

I honestly think there is a correlation to SA and above average looks. Its always those who have nothing to worry about that are the worryworts. Im not sure if it is from of being told how pretty or handsome you are as a child that makes you worry about holding yourself to some standard, but I think the pics speak for themselves.

The first picture was a picture I took to signify Social Phobia. The other two don't have a reason.. I was just playing around with my camera and lighting and stuff. I wasn't hiding on purpose.

On the advice of a psychologist I was talking to, I decided to cut my hair and I plan on dying it to prvide a new 'persona' to help me overcome my SA to some degree. So this is me with my new shorter hair
