Post your fear/negativity

Hello y' all

I want to reconstruct our belief systems.

So what we will do in this topic. Is post a negative thought (what you feel now) And then see how realistic it is. Or if it is just another negative thought who is telling you something you are afraid of??

For example you think:

I will never change this situation, I hate my school or that i don't have a job and no girlfriend/boyfriend, I don't like that I'm so anxious around people and I can't change all of it.

You post this bar:

Fear: No change in the current situation
Reality: I am in the situation
Mood: Super overly depressed
Ways; Find a girlfriend/boyfriend online
Go on job interviews
Find a good therapy for anxiety
Go do sports to feel less depressed
Change school or talk to a school psych or spent more time on connecting with people


It's the fear, I can change it, it takes work (motivation..) And I am afraid of it.So The reality is I am afraid that I will not change. But the fact is that I can, maybe with lots of therapy, lots of new things, and lots of ways. So let's talk about the ways here, you post a thought, we help you, and you look at the reality factor.
