Post your best CBT solutions to Social Phobia!

Okay guys, I think it's time we got a little more therapeutic around here. There are some very high-functioning SAers on this forum and their knowledge could be instrumental in our recoveries. They could also benefit from one another. Lastly, most of us have had some success and could share this. I'd like to create a catologue of effective methodologies, so let's hear your best and proven solutions for your Social Phobia. What worked? Why do you think it worked? How do you think the rest of us could employ this technique?

I think my group therapy sessions have really helped me. THe feedback i get from other peers is priceless when i think i am coming off as being an idiot, creeper or whatever other bad things i have told myself i am. I also like to see what people who do not have SAD deal with certain situations like talking to a girl they like , making small talk or confronting someone on something that made them mad. Is anyone else in group therapy or has anyone else found it helpful?
