Paranoia about getting ganged up on

Whenever there's a group of young people my age o'r younger walking towards me on the street o'r whatever I get really panicky. The same happens at work; I will avoid going into the office if I see a lot of people standing there talking. The thoughts I get is ''Shit they're going to laugh at me!'' o'r ''They're going to attack me!'' For some reason older people don't make me feel uneasy just people my age(26) o'r younger. When I was in school me and my older sister were walking through a small town here, and there were these boys who I recognised from school and I heard one of them say ''Freaks!''

you are just too precautious. I have this feeling too, but again i dont know who would attack me since i have broader soulder than anyone on streets. still im thinking of buying some spray , but not sure if i would use it because when attacked i usually get stuck in confusion like freewheelin franklin in one fffb episode. Guys of my age dont scare me, but a (drank) groups of teenagers freaks me a bit.

Yes I suffer form this problem. Mainly because I'm surrounded with these kind of people all the time. Whenever I get out of my house, I need to carefully look around just to make sure that these guys aren't out there. They give me these horrible stares which makes full of guilt and shame. It's so horrible that I've to gather courage for few minutes just to get out of my house. I want to move out of this area. That would probably solve a few problems.

What I am really intimidated by is 'chavs'(yobbish kids) standing on street corners o'r outside shops. They always seem to be looking for trouble.
