Can anyone give me some advice?
I've had panic disorder and anxiety for well over three years, Iam only 22 and sometimes feels as though Iam way too young to be worried about nothing. I got into university last year and everything started to get better. After the xmas holidays, I started back at uni and have began to worry alot more, and my panic attacks have been triggered by my lectures because of being around alot of people, I've started to avoid uni, I really want to be able to go back and carry on with my studies, but the panic is too much to handle. How can I get rid of them? especially at uni? I am already on beta blockers and have tried a veriaty of different meds. I just want my life to go back to being normal.

I found that meds didn't really help at all to be honest.

I used many relaxation techniques along with NLP and self hypnosis.

Making a journal or diary logging all the events and times and circumstances surrounding an attck will help you identify more specifically what triggers these. By doing this you make be able to detect when an attack is likely to happen and diffuse it before it goes off.
