Do you think it's possible to overcome social anxiety if you have no social life whatsoever? I basically only talk to my parents..
Also, any tips on how to expand one's social life? I don't drink, I hate bars and similar places.
Basically, I think SA is when you feel anxiety when you are around people. So if you have no social life, but at the same time you don't feel anxious around people, you would have conquered SA already? Its like you have a job/go to work and you only have work related interactions with your colleagues where you don't feel anxiety, but no outside work social interaction with them. On another note, you could have a social life by going out with your colleagues, but you feel anxiety around them. Hmm...not sure how to convey what I want to say in words, hope my explanation is not confusing you.
