So I have been working with my ocd for many years, and I have been sucessfull with much, but on ocassion I still have some nuisances here and there.
It is usually when I am reading or watching television, I get this urge to outline a specific letter. I get brain locked on a specific letter, usually the beginning letter of a sentence. Also when I am looking at pictures of things I need to look at every part of the picture as though if I don't I will be miss something.
It's difficult to watch television sometimes because I zoom in with my eyes on the outline of an actor, specifically his face and the creases between the nose and other facial properties. It usually follows with headaches.
Hehe, it can sure be time consuming sometimes, so yeah I'd like to know if anyone else shares these habbits
