On Stalking and Boredness

I am bored.
I got tired of stalking and would now like to know if you had any suggestions on what to do which don't require moving (because getting yelled at by a bearded nurse is not as fun as it sounds).

Move that spoon over there...with you mind! Or sleep, sleeping is a good boredom killer. But I'd go with the spoon thing.
