OCD and paranoia

Well, im pretty sure I have OCD. I've discussed this on the forum many times, anyways.

I had a nightmare lastnight about Super Natural, basically it was an episode where this guys friends were all deamons without him knowing. Anyways so I kinda dreamt of that episode. I woke up kinda panicy and my mind started racing thinking, holy crap what if my family were possesed etc.

So the whole day Ive been kinda paranoid, I know its dumb.

Strangely ive had the same thing before after watching Super Natural, i got over it though and it didn't last a day or so.

Anyways, what are your thoughts on this?

P.S...never watching Super Natural again.

Yeah, now im a little worried im going to do something ill regret because of being paranoid, like running away or something...Definitley OCD lol...
