Nightmares

I have recently been affected by nightmares, very surreal and involving mythological ogre-type monsters. Overly gorey in nature, as well.
I am wondering what could they mean.

I had a horrible string of nightmares when I was young that involved me walking up onto seemingly familiar backs of people, tapping them on the shoulder, only to have them turn around to reveal their very scary vampire face and fangs. At the end of the dream, I found myself in a relatively safe spot in the high school gym, and who else was there, but Steve Erkel haha, taking care of some janitorial tasks.

I advise you to look into your dream to find its meaning for yourself. It took me years to come up with a meaning for that dream. Think about it. Everyone is an vampire in my dream. Isn't that a great metaphor for the way we see people? Then Erkel at the end... I would never have gotten through all this if it wasn't for humor and intelligence.

Just saying it may take, time, but I wouldn't go around searching for meanings to dreams. In my experience, the dream I described just came to me one day when I was thinking of what a pisser life is. But then the dream seemed to make sense, and I felt like I had predicted my life in a dream ten years before social phobia even meant anything to me.

Just my opinion...

Peace

Well...I think I have heard those dream specialist type people say that..your brain produces dreams to help sort out or make sense of your real life problems...or somethin' like that.
