Newbie...I think my sa is situational

I'm ok at work...I have to be outgoing...ok at school doing presentations in grad classes because they're task oriented. My problem is talking to and meeting new girls/women. I feel totally inept and awkward a lot of the time..and they seem to not show much interest


I was in a LTR with a commitment phobic girl who ripped my heart out 3 times over the course of 5 1/2 years...this last time she is probably gone for good..but the thing with these on/off relationships is you get conditioned into thinking they'll be back..because after all they came back twice before...help!

First of all - you gotta mentally let this girl go.

Secondly, go out and meet as many women as possible. Let them reject them - tell yourself that it's ok when you get rejected and you'll eventually find someone.

Bottom line - face your fear over and over and over again!
