Hi Everyone:
My name is Elaine and I live in The Netherlands. I am 40 years old and have been suffering from panic disorder with agoraphobia for over 8 years now. I entered therapy last year and have been making slight progress. I do not use medication so recovery seems to be slower than normal.
I am so very happy to have found this site because I want to read and share stories with others who are in the same position. There is a dutch forum but it isn't as helpful as I thought it would have been.
