I watched your video, I have never quite gone through an OCD episode like that (I don't think?) but I think I can relate to what you mean about knowing it's an imaginary thing yet, still believing it fully to be true. I think there's always that thing that convinces you that it's real but then there's part of you that says it's imaginary. But the sensation that it's real is so strong that it's difficult to believe that it's not imaginary... even if you "know" some where inside of you that it is.
