New Research About Sweating

I just read this new article on sweating. I don't completely understand the research so if anyone could help me out, that'd be great!

The way I understand it is that alterations (method is unclear) to a particular pathway or chain of events could help with Hyperhydrosis. Hopefully this will spark some ideas for practical application.
