Hello,
My name is Joe and I just joined the forum. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting a local support group. I currently live in ocean county. I am looking for anyone who thinks they might be interested. I know that meeting new people can be unnerving, especially for anyone dealing with anxiety. But I think it would be good to hear from everyone interested, even those who feel it is not something they could bring themselves to do. That way we can still meet new people and offer support through here. In addition to meeting as a support group, I was thinking about going out and doing something fun as a group. But that would be down the road after getting to know one another more through a more structured support group. Any comments, suggestions, ideas questions? Feel free to share.
