Hey , this thread is mine, the first post is mine and i want it to be deleted, that is my mail adress which i still use. Pls delete or edit that post and let me know when you do.

BTW you can delete your own posts and threads by going to edit and selecting Delete Message and save, but I think there is a time limit for editing threads/posts.

I know but i guess i made that post whiout logging in, it says anonymous and theres my mail there... argh...

Im not getting any help, the post is still there.

And everytime i have to log into this site to see if its deleted or not, i get VERY depresses, i consider myself over SAD and if you guys want to get over it too, the first thing you should do is leave the forum and never come back. Each time you log in your brain unconciously labels you as a "social phobic", break that cycle.
