Clack,
When I had general anxiety I was prescribed Lexapro. It worked. It's side effects included sweating. I mean, I wear makeup and sat in my bosses office with sweat running into my eyes, dripping off my chin. Those symptoms lightened up a bit but I still noticed it.
For panic disorder I was prescribed Prozac. It worked. It's side effects were milder (don't recall much sweating) and I was less fatigued than when I was taking Lexapro. But note that each was prescribed to handle a different type of anxiety - so I can't really say I liked Prozac better than Lexapro because they were for two different problems.
