I understand that many forums frown on promoting books but this really is different.
Considering the recent report by the BBC that,”One in five NHS workers claims to have been bullied by colleagues during the last six months, a survey by Durham University finds.” it is reassuring to learn that someone is willing to step up and highlight the problem in the hope of positive change. Hopefully the failing NHS management can be dragged out of their ivory towers and face their culture of Tom Browns’ School Days.
“Ambulance Uncut” is written by somebody who was bullied out of the caring profession and offers advice on how to cope with workplace bullying.
Great forum, please continue to highlight a disgusting and totally unacceptable practice, wherever it rears its rancid head.
