My point of view on the evolutionary advantages of social phobia

Since the beginning of mankind people always lived in very small groups,
all animals (we as humans also) have ''one'' thing in common and that is to survive and to propagate and our genetic code is based on that.
So my point of point of view on the evolutionary advantages of social phobia
is that we (our genes) have very flexible genes and is still based on that small group of people since early mankind and the people in that small group were with you for ''life''.
I was ''very'' social with the people I ''knew'' and little bit anxious with strangers (You always knew the same people back then in the small group , so meeting a stranger of an other ''group'' and saying hello back then without being cautious wasn't very beneficial for surviving).
So when people we see as part of our ''group'' because we ''know'' them, threat us bad back then ( for other reasons then bullying) like stealing our food, being violent etc. it wasn't very beneficial to not be cautious and anxious, because that small group of people would stay with you for the rest of your life or else you wouldn't survive back then on your own.
So our genes gave us the power to adapt very good at our enviroment (to good in these days) back then you weren't meeting knew people, you always stayed with the same people and if you know they aren't to be trust why should they be in the future ? so back then it was an advantages to be anxious and cautious of the other people in the group to survive for food and to propagate, when the group was bad.

BUT not everyone with these genes gets social anxiety disorder ( I rather called ''Evolutinary flexible post-condition'')
So we have genes that adapt very good to our enviroment, so if our enviroment was all but love and social people around us and we were never threated bad by the people we ''knew'in that small group we would strive and adapt very good in that enviroment in the same way as in bad enviroment.
I always was very social with the people I knew and the best person you could be with before my SA.

So as you can see, I think that we have those ''RISKY" genes that can go either way and react good to ''stress'' because stress means threat, but that also means then when we don't get social stress we would be adapting good to that enviroment, but only with the people we know , because our genes are build for living in small groups and for us more ''extreme''.

I think most people here were very social with the people they knew good friends etc. more then other normal people before they startered to get the first symptoms of social anxiety disorder, and because today enviroment is big classes, many expectations and many disrupted little children , gives us to much stress and thats when our fight/flight system activates and that with combination with bad people in our enviroment today and there a more groups, football group, class group and and we see everyone of them as part of the group so its no wonder when you percieve all of them part of the group , that some bad apples in that group changes your perception on the group as a whole and you already have those risky genes in small groups), and that says something about our way of living as a humans today.

The only way we could strive with this SO-called disorder, is an event happening which would wipe out a large % of the population on earth , which would force us to go back in small groups if there isn't enough food left and the group full of people who aren't very nice people you, because then your social anxiety would benefit you survival chances for thinking bad things so you, don't easily trust the ohter person and rather be nice to them and don't get kicked out because they hate or distrust you.

And because we lived in social loving small groups back then, social phobia wasn't probably very common back then like now, it is better for us people ( with these genes ) to be born in africa in the middle of nowhere then in the west

So maybe to long  but thats how I see it.

Does anyone think im right on this or atleast very close to the truth ?
