For many years I suffered with this. I had to sit at the other end of the lecture hall on my own so people would not see me shaking. I got a job in a shop and I dont know how I did it but I when I started I used to shake like mad when I was handing poeple there change. The more I did the better it got and it was the same for writing in lecture. I moved slowly seat by seat nearer to other student and eventually I could do it. Now only when I feel really anxious in a situation do I shake when I write and I couldnt believe that i had actually over come it.
It seems from the above that it was simple but it wasnt I was in pieces most of the time but it was worth it!
