Had the day off from work today. While the rain poured down I indulged in my own company and started a good book.

Social Retard - tried learning a new language? Helped me heaps.

Now some will disagree, because it can be very addictive, but it sounds like a little line or two here or there can get you back on your feet again. Be careful though. Doing too much at one time can make you paranoid.

Lmao ,,, you sound exactly like me, i used to play counterstrike to fill in the gaps but i don't anymore , so now i do nothing but surf the infinite internet looking at random and stupid things in my spare time between crying and sleep

I'm pretty much the same. Though I'm somewhat slowly progressing :/. Lawl at the cocaine, theres like a million other things that are more effective and a ton more pleasant/healthy. Simply exercising in the morning is good for waking up.

I envy you for being able to sleep for that many hours. I always get broken sleeping patterns. It's SO HARD for me to sleep for a couple of hours without waking up. The toughest part is getting to bed at night. :cry:

Thats the problem. I know all this and more but cannot seem to end the cycle...

I wish I could do that. I cant afford to. I have to work everyday which makes me feel awful. I get picked on like I am in high school

I kinda know how you feel. Every day/week of my life are almost identical now. As the cycle goes on things are only getting worse for me. I occasionaly try to mix it up; as Butterflies suggested I tried learning a new language, bought some books and everything but I find I lack the motivation to actually do the work.

I also play video games to fill in the gaps in my life, which is about 70% of the time I spend awake now.

Get to work and try to sneak in without being seen
Sit at my desk
Type and pretend I can't hear the phone
Try and make it look like I'm not afraid off the phone
Stare at sleaze mans stupid bald head and hope it falls off

Get sleepy
Have shonen thought

Type some more, maybe walk to the photocopier

Watch Tv
Think about how crap my life is
