My boyfriend has OCD, we now live together and i try to help him in anyway possible. i love him to bits but sometimes i get frustrated. We rarely have sex because of his OCD. The disorder makes him think i'm 'dirty'. When we do have sex i have to have showered within 3 hours before hand. i know its not something he can fix over night but he cancels his psychologist appointments all the time with made up excuses. I've spoken to him about it and he knows these thoughts are irrational but he cant seam help it. does/has anyone had a similar experience?
