music and moods?

what genre's do you guys listen to when your in different moods? some music i like when im sad, but i hate when im happy. van morrison is one of my favorite musicians ever, but it sounds like nails on a chalk board when im down.

Kind of like the above post.. any and everything from super commercial pop to metal, rock and rap.

edit: oh I love some dubstep and trance aswell.. basically everything

I like listening to "epic" music a lot of the time, loud stuff, crescendo-ing. Usually in the car, but when I am mellowing out I listen to softer music.
