What measures have you taken to solve your issues:

1-pharma
2-psychiatric
3-other
4-self struggling

I ask this in relation to OCD, social anxiety and anything else applicable to these boards.

Thanks for your replies ahead of time.

i don't believe in drugs that much. i hate their test and i don't think they will help you that much at the end.

i have started a GCBT and also doing self help staff reading books and listening audio book. i also practice meditation and do yoga when i had time. I do exercise every day running and weight lifting. I am also trying to do ACT by myself i have the work book.

I am trying to anything that possible to help my current situation. No drugs

i don't believe in drugs either.i think what they do is just give a temporary relief but nothing else.probably a doctor help would be the best although i don't have the guts to go to a doctor.i try cbt at home from an audio book too.i wish there was a group near here but unfortunately there isnt.cause it is very important to practise :x

my goodness...how long have you got?!

- CBT sessions
- CBT books/tapes
- self-help group
- meditation
- thought diary
- herbal remedies e.g. rescue remedy
- breathing exercises
- flip in and out of healthy eating
- occasional bouts of exercise
- did try beta blockers but not much help to me

one thing i must say when i look at this list of stuff i have done, is that the simplest thngs were sometimes the most effective i.e. thought diary and CBT books
